How to become pregnant fast? Many people want to know the answer to this question. There are some tips which will definitely improve your chances on becoming pregnant fast. Let’s look at the 5 main ones, but you should only follow these tips if you know that there are no other medical problems with you and your partner.

Tip 1: Improve your health before trying to conceive. Many of the infertility reasons are due to an unhealthy life style. Start to do some moderate exercise, eat healthy, avoid chemicals and lose some weight. All these can help you to get conceive.

Reducing (or better still eliminating) alcohol and nicotine consumption will play a positive role in your efforts to conceive a healthy child. Relaxation and feeling happy are also major points in your preparation for a healthy pregnancy. Remember that it is extremely difficult to become pregnant if you are stressed and horribly unhappy. Falling pregnant will simply not happen for you if you are in a bad mood all the time.

Tip 2: It is not good to have sex all the time during the cycle. It will only make both of you tired and sex will become a chore. It is important to understand that it is not the amount of sex that will make you pregant. Rather it is having sex at the right time. For younger women, it is usually during taht 1 or 2 days in a month that they will become pregnant.

For older women, their ovulation may come less often and less regular. It can even be as rare as once in 6 months. That is the reason why older women find themselves harder to get pregnant but it is still possible.

Tip 3. Based on a new research, the best timing to get pregnant is to have sex when the fertile cervical mucus is present. Fertile cervical mucus helps sperm to swim easier and faster it also makes the penetration of the egg easier because of the special environment the fertile cervical mucus produces around the egg.

Sad to say, fertile cervical mucus is not there for a long time. It can be 1 to 2 days only making it easy to miss the exact time. The best way to detect fertile cervical mucus is to do self-examination and measure basal body temperature. If you are using ovulation prediction kits, they are not very helpful in predicting fertile mucus.

Tip 4. An adequate amounts of sperm is required when you have sex during ovulation. Because of this consideration, avid having any sexual activities a few days before ovulation begins. The amount of sperm delivered will be lower if the couple has sex before it. You may think that the volume of sperm is the same but the quality of the sperm will drop if you have sex daily. Avoiding sex for a few days can help you built up a good amount of sperm.

Tip 5. According to many studies your chances of falling pregnant are higher if you enjoy the sex and have an orgasm during sex. When a woman has an orgasm all her genital muscles relax including the cervix and uterus. This relaxation makes it easier for the fertilized egg to imbed in the uterus lining and continue to grow. For women who are stressed and take sex as a chore this phase in conception (when egg imbeds in the womb) does not happen because the uterus is very rigid and tensed.

To conclude, these five tips can help many couples to become pregnant faster. Don’t dismiss these rules by saying “I know that all.” Try them and follow them for some time, you will see result.

It is surprising just how much stuff a tiny baby needs when you take it out. A blanket, a toy, dummies, bottles, tissues, a change of clothes, spare nappies, wipes, and creams, being just some of the essentials that you need.

If you plan on taking a baby out with you anywhere then you need to take a substantial amount of items and supplies with you too. A blanket, a toy, dummies, bottles, tissues, a change of clothes, spare nappies, wipes, and creams, being just some of the essentials that you need.

To carry these things you obviously need a bag of some kind, and there are plenty of bags around to suit the purpose, so many in fact that the choice can be overwhelming. So, how do you choose the best one for your needs?

It must, of course, be lightweight – that is essential. With the weight of the baby, and even the smallest get heavy after carrying them for a while, and the combined weight of all the odds and ends you ca not do without, the last thing you need is an excessively heavy bag. So, clearly, the lighter, the better. Then, remember that you will be needing this bag for some time to come, so make sure the fabric is tough, and that the bag is sturdy and well-constructed.

Also, it is useful to buy a washable bag. Choosing one which you can just wipe clean can be handy, as creams and bottles have a habit of leaking, just when you are in a hurry. Then, for those of you who live in wet climates, make sure the bag is waterproof too.

You will also want a bag that has been well designed so far as pockets go. While this might seem to be overly specific, it really does make a difference. It should have all of the following: lots of pockets (so that items do not get mixed up); some large pockets (because changing mats and nappies take up a lot of space); sealable pockets (to prevent items falling out, or rain getting in).

The next thing to consider is what added features it has. Whilst these are not essential, they can really make your life easier. Examples being having a bag with see-through linings, so that it is easier to find items hidden away at the bottom, or one with an insulated bottle carrier.

Other things to consider are whether you prefer carrying a rucksack, a holdall, or a satchel style bag. Depending on the design of your pushchair, you may find yourself running out of hands, especially on a shopping trip.

Finally, there is price and style to consider. This may range from a few dollars secondhand, to as much as you are willing to pay. So far as style goes, keep in mind that you will have the same bag to take with you whatever the occasion, so, whilst a bright pink one may look cute in the store, you might feel a bit out of place with it in a nice restaurant. Going for a plain white or black one might be the way to go.

This here is one site I recommend if you’re looking for a great selection of designer baby changing bags to shop from. All the bags are top quality and the shipping is free!

I'm drifting in the water and holding on to the railings as my husband drenches my forehead in ice cold water.

I’m floating in the water and holding on to the railings as my husband soaks my forehead in ice cold water.

Initially the pain eases off from the weightlessness and I feel like I’m in a spa except for the contractions and pain!

I’m a water person, I love everything about water and the thought of giving birth in water was a natural advancement from that. No need for drugs, the water is the only form of pain relief I need.

It is simple to move around in the water whilst in labor too. You are able to rock your pelvis or turn on your back or front. Just move slowly through the water, it is almost effortless. In this way you can save your energy for the instants you need it the most, like when having to deal with contractions. The more you can relax your muscles the easier it is for your baby to move through the birth canal.

With a water birth it is less of a shock for the baby too. He goes from the womb (water) into water and then out. No shock of lights and cold straight away.

The baby will be guided up through the water onto your chest and permitted to take his first breath.

Visualise|Picture a warm room, relaxing music playing and candles everywhere. What greater welcome could you give to your child on entering this world.

Whilst you are sitting there after the birth you can relax and calm down a bit whilst clutching your newborn. In my case my little girl actually started to sniff and look for the breast, she even managed to latch on, I was so flabbergasted and astonished.

Research shows that babies who are born in the water are calmer and sleep better than babies not born in water. And that will of course also produce happier parents!

Trying to get your baby to sleep is only half the battle!
* What about being able to judge the intensity of your babies sound when not in the nursery? Consider a Tomy Baby Monitor with a sound-sensitive illuminated display which is a display of moving lights which echo the level of your baby’s sounds meaning you can stay alert to your baby’s needs even with the sound turned down and can also judge when you want to react to your baby’s sounds.

* Do you have two small children and want to use two monitors at one time? It is possible to use two monitors at one time however, it is not recommended to have two analogue monitors in close proximity as interference between the two monitors could prevent them from working properly. Using 2 DECT monitors in close proximity is fine and both will work normally with no interference.

by Piri Singher

I am one of those women who has a positive birth story. I had two natural childbirths, no drugs and no medical intervention. All because of The Pink Kit.

The Pink Kit – what is it? It’s a multi media source of essential information for those wanting a natural childbirth. It contains wonderful information and techniques that you’ll not find anywhere else. Things that work.

The Pink Kit comes with a Book, DVD and CD. The DVD accompanies the book. You will follow every section in the book and also on the DVD. It is the finest natural childbirth package.

The Pink Kit is so good that everybody should have it. If more women used it there would be far less Cesarean Sections in the world. The Pink Kit is now being recommended by more and more midwives. Natures way of birthing is back in fashion.

Knowing what happens to the bony structure, the soft tissues and the muscles in your pelvis will help you in labor. The Pink Kit shows you all this and even shows you how to ‘map’ your pelvis in order to help your baby’s exit.

In the end, how you birth will depend on the shape of your pelvis. The kit shows you exactly how to work out the shape of your pelvis, no one else teaches this! Based on your pelvis shape you will know which birth position will work for you. It all makes perfect sense when you think about it.

Pain control, breath and position modification are also a big part of the The Pink Kit. It also shows you a great technique to stop you ‘tearing’.

Your partner plays a large part in using the kit, as in the birth itself. My husband found it very useful and it gave him a lot of confidence during the birth itself.

He was actually able to guide me and instruct me during the birth as my mind was ‘elsewhere’.

Because of The Pink Kit I got to know my body in detail and during labor was able to respond to it. I had a waterbirth and adjusted my positions when required, to help my baby out.

For Natural Childbirth you need to be fit, healthy and rested. But for the best preparation you should get The Pink Kit. I’m indebted to it.

The infamous childbirth class is a familiar, yet perhaps not-so-understood occurrence taking place at some point during a woman's pregnancy, and almost always with the participation of their partner. We are all aware of the birthing process to a point, and what to expect when a baby decides to enter into the world.
