Did you put the water in the correct spot? It goes through that little hole in the side tank. Also, you need to switch the action/steam on with the switch on Annie.

I do have a question, I have a similar Tomy set ( I believe it was called ultimate thomas ) with steam thomas, but my steamer does not work as well as yours, I bought it for my daughter two years ago..any thoughts on the steam..??
